EXAMPLE OF HOW TO PRACTISE DEVELOPING A NEW CHANGED STATE OF MIND

CoachingImagine you are able to change the state of your mind.

In order to get used to this new way of thinking you can practice developing your ability to change your state.

This example will not use anything external only your mind is used.

Since your brain is a muscle and any muscle can be practiced, you are able to change the way of thinking and therefore the outcome of your state.

The anatomy of the brain is not fixed.

The state of your mind changes according to emotions.

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE THAT YOU CAN PRACTICE AT HOME

We have given here an easy example to try at home.

Think of your ideal birthday party if everything is possible.. and imagine yourself enjoying it .

If there is a table then put on the table or in the room what or whom you want to see.

In your mind dress yourself in your perfect outfit.. and start to be aware of what emotions are running through your body and where you feeling them. Start to get “addicted” to the “ Feel good factor” instigated by your imagination.

Enjoy practicing this on daily basis.
